As
I mentioned in Garage XI, with our wedding fast approaching it was critical
to produce an interior worthy of playing a supporting role to Tracy's
wedding dress. The plan was to have the door panels, seats/seat
covers, carpet, dash (with
new gauges), and sliding canvas ragtop kit in by the big

So
work began on the dash. We needed to cover the large speaker hole
with something more permanent than our duct tape We used a piece of
aluminum flashing.

Tracy
uses our cool little mini-wratcheting 90 degree screwdriver thingy to
attach the plate. RTV silicone was used as a sealant.
